Requirement Stages

Requirements progress through several stages, reflecting their current status:

• Backlog: Requirements not yet started and without an assigned owner.
• Next: Ready-to-start requirements.
• Working: Requirements currently being worked on.
• Review: Completed requirements pending approval.
• Completed: Fully finished and approved requirements.
• Unnecessary: Requirements determined to be no longer needed.
• Blocked: Requirements impeded by an obstacle.
• Rejected: Requirements not meeting necessary criteria.
• Declined: Requirements declined by the assigned contributor.
• Other: Any additional categorization beyond the aforementioned stages.
