What is a Contributor?​

Contributors in Archr are the team members who are actively involved in executing the requirements of a project. Their primary roles include:

  • Estimating Work: Contributors estimate the hours required to complete a deliverable and the expected date of completion.
  • Task Completion: They are responsible for completing the deliverables assigned to them.
  • Issue Resolution: If a deliverable is rejected, Contributors are tasked with resolving the issues to meet the project standards.
  • Time Tracking: They log their work hours, contributing to the accurate tracking of project progress.

Contributors are the driving force in the project, turning plans and expectations into tangible results.
